If I'm the winning bidder and decide that I don't want the vehicle, do I still have to pay? Yes. When you bid on a vehicle you are entering into an agreement to buy. You may enter your vehicle into another auction, but seller's fees will apply.
Why do I have to pay a fee to view the auction? I order to ensure a quality auction experience for everyone, we charge a minimal fee so that only serious bidders will participate.
How soon do I need to pay for my vehicles I won? Payment is due within three business days, or when you pick up the vehicle.
If I buy a vehicle will I get any type of warranty? Yes. 20% parts & labor on motor and transmission internal lubricated parts only, for 30 days or 250 miles.
Do I have to be a dealer to buy on PAALive.Com? No, PAALive.Com is open to the public. Anyone over 18 can join and bid on vehicles.
Do I have to have a high speed internet connection? No, but a high speed connection will offer better performance.
Can I look at the vehicles in person? Yes, during normal business hours.
Not by PAALive.Com or any of its Sellers. All applicable fees are listed in the prebid detail for that vehicle.
Will I be notified if I win a vehicle? You will receive an email receipt automaticallly. You can also check on the My Auction Link.
When can I pick up my vehicle? Business hours. Anytime between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday, and 9:00 am-12:00 pm Saturday.
I placed a bid in the Lightning Auction, but it didn't show up. What happened? The system posts bids in the order
received. Internet connection speeds vary greatly, and someone else's bid arrived
first.
When I try to connect to the Lightning Auction, I get an error message. The Lightning Auctions require Flash Player 6 and Internet Explorer 6 or 7 or Mozilla Firefox. You can get the latest Flash upgrade for free at www.macromedia.com You may also need to upgrade your browser. |
